The BRICS Youth Ministers’ Meeting 2026 concluded in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, with adoption of a Joint Statement to strengthen youth cooperation and participation in development. Union Youth Affairs and Sports Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya presided over the meeting, with Minister of State Raksha Nikhil Khadse participating. Discussions built on the BRICS Youth Summit and BRICS Youth Council Meeting previously held in Gandhinagar. The programme was organised under India’s BRICS Chairship 2026 and covered youth development, skills, entrepreneurship, wellbeing and sustainable development.
