Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi directed Administrative Secretaries to compile post-wise and category-wise direct-recruitment vacancies so the horizontal reservation benefit for Haryana-domiciled Ex-Agniveers can be implemented through HPSC and HSSC. The exercise follows the state instructions dated 18 August 2026. Departments must report posts, reservation percentage and tentative vacancies, including UR, OSC, DSC, BC-A, BC-B and EWS categories.
