SSC JE 2025 Result – First Round Tentative Allocation List

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the First Round of Tentative Allocation (FRTA) for the Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical) Examination, 2025 on 09 July 2026. SSC conducted Paper-I of the Junior Engineer Examination 2025 and shortlisted candidates for Paper-II. A total of 14,062 candidates appeared in Paper-II, which was conducted on 07 April 2026. Based on the performance in Paper-I and Paper-II and the post/department preferences submitted by candidates, SSC has provisionally shortlisted 1,731 candidates in the first round of tentative allocation against 1,731 final vacancies. The allocation covers Junior Engineer posts in departments including Border Roads Organization, Central Water Commission, Central Public Works Department, Central Water Power Research Station, Directorate General of Quality Assurance (Naval), Farakka Barrage Project and Military Engineer Services. Candidates can check the official SSC notification PDF for their post/department allocation and category-wise cut-off details. Important: This is the First Round of Tentative Allocation (FRTA). SSC has stated that candidates who fail to attend the prescribed sliding process/identity verification as applicable will not be considered for the final result.
